Description: For principals and supervisors in schools, there are difficulties and obstacles that are more problematic than the trouble of controlling the performance of school work and students in the post-Corona learning environment. It became a major challenge for both school leaders and their deputies (Leaders and VPs) to monitor the performance of schoolwork. So for them, using learning management systems (LMS) is enough to overcome these obstacles. For these reasons, this study seeks to clarify the position of the educational administration (principals and supervisors) on the use of a learning management system to monitor school work. Therefore, the problem of the study can be formulated in the following main question: What is the position of the educational administration (both principals and supervisors) on the use of a learning management system to monitor school work by applying the study on a sample of 180 principals and supervisors. As for the methodology, it is a descriptive analytical Quantitative study through a questionnaire sent via email.
