Description: The purpose of this study was to set down sleeping tongue posture over time in 27 cases and to interpret conclusions with craniofacial morphology defined by cephalometric and model analysis. This study is based on the Theory of Tongue Posture propounded by Fatima & Fida (2019). They stated that the position of the resting tongue may affect the surrounding structures. It may influence the widening of the palate and support to the jaw. If improper there may detriments to the beauty of the face of the person which he does not want.
