Description: The concept of maturity is being increasingly used to define the state of how successful the organizations in dealing with their projects. Today, majority of project management-oriented enterprises either have or pursuing some level of measurement to assess them to where they stand in respect to business maturity and/or how to reach to the level and quality they intended or desired through the use of appropriate project management methodology. Nonetheless, the benefits of project management maturity are exceeding the identification of the level at which the organisations are performing; to providing a framework for improving organisations’ performance across different business areas by setting directions and prioritizing actions and adopting cultural change within the organisations.
