Description: The concept of maturity is being increasingly used to define the state of how successful the organizations in dealing with their projects. Nonetheless, the benefits of project management maturity are exceeding the identification of the level at which the organisations are performing; to providing a framework for improving organisations’ performance across different business areas by setting directions and prioritizing actions and adopting cultural change within the organisations.
