Description: Soft skills are significant for a project to achieve its strategic objectives. Many projects may not successfully completed due to a lack of necessary project management soft skills. Therefore, it is important to identify the relationship between project management soft skills and project success. This relationship significantly translates to the failure or success of the project. This study focus on the importance of project management soft skills in project success by identifying key soft skills and the extent to which these skills are relevant to project success. The researcher collected data using both primary and secondary sources. The primary data by means of a structured questionnaire using a qualitative research approach, supported by a comprehensive literature review as the secondary source.
